Some people continually count the calories of everything they eat while others, the majority, seem to consume whatever they please. The hungry horse type or person will even eat the out-of-date food from the refrigerator without batting an eyelid! You can’t help it, your favorite desert is in front of you in the kitchen and you just must have it.
