Some people continually count the calories of everything they eat whilst others, the majority, seem to consume whatever they please. The type of person who will always eat the leftovers of someone’s meal and finish the pie that’s been sitting around for a week. They spot the sugary treat, the heart starts pounding, its snatched up and wolfed down. These days, the types of health supplements on offer have been designed to give you all the good and none of the bad. So things like salt, sugar, cholesterol and saturated fat to name a few, which we already get too much of, aren’t in them. I would suggest you have a look on the internet to see what health supplements are on offer, try them for a while and just see how good you feel.
