Some people continually count the calories of everything they eat while others, the majority, seem to consume whatever they please. The hungry horse type or person will even eat the out-of-date food from the refrigerator without batting an eyelid! You can’t help it, your favorite desert is in front of you in the kitchen and you just must have it. Yes, tons of us do this, it’s called instant gratification; many of us do not even know what a health supplement is.

I sometimes find it hard to believe just how much protein there can be in a drink like this. I prefer to drink it in the morning but you can have it anytime of the day. And guess what, the shake also provides you with a full 30 grams of protein which is good for healthy muscles.

Health supplements these days are just crammed with everything good for you that the body needs but doesn’t always get from food, but nothing that is bad for you. You can be sure that the dreaded four of salt, sugar, saturated fats and cholesterol aren’t there because our diets contain too much of these already.
